Refund and Returns Policy

Not for you? No hard feelings! If you are not 100% satisfied with your Halfbike and it is still in a like-new condition* (dust on the tires is OK), feel free to contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we will assist with your return.

WHAT’S NEXT

You can arrange the return shipping by yourself, using a courier of your choice. Alternatively, we can assist you and arrange the return shipping on your behalf. In this case, we will first send you a quote for the actual shipping cost. If you accept, we will then send you an email containing a return shipping label and instructions on how to schedule the pick-up. Note that our shipping partner is DHL. **

RE-PACKING

Make sure to pack your Scooter securely in its original box according to our reboxing instructions. Please ensure that all original packaging materials, small parts, tools, and accompanying materials are included. Please note: To be eligible for a return, your Scooter must be in its original packaging. That includes the box and all the supporting cardboard cutouts. This will ensure that your Scooter is packed correctly and protected during transit. For further information or advice, do not hesitate to contact us.

PROCESSING AND REFUNDS

Once your shipment arrives at our workshop, we will notify you. All items will then be thoroughly inspected, and if compliant with our return policy, we will issue a refund as per our 10-day trial guidelines, using your original payment method. Please note that it may take 2-5 business days to process and refund your return. Should we find out that items are damaged (or missing), we will set a restocking fee. You can either accept it or decide to keep the items. If you choose the latter, we can send them back at your expense. *Owners may return their Scooter for a refund at any point during the first 10 days of ownership, provided the Scooter is returned in like-new condition without any scratches, marks, chips, cracks, or damaged parts. Bikes returned with visible and/or significant signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee. **The initial shipping expenses (if any) are non-refundable either way. For warranty claims or replacement parts, contact us at support@skscooter.com. Please include your order number plus photos/videos illustrating the issue/damage for a faster resolution.
